Supplier Performance Program

Program Overview

General Atomics (GA) values the important role our Suppliers play in helping us deliver the most exciting and transformative products and services to our customers.

Our GA Supplier Performance Program (SPP) is managed by Brian Garcia and Natalie Garcia.

Launched in 2008, the SPP objective is to transparently measure and report performance against GA Purchase Orders, Quality Assurance, and other ancillary metrics to assist GA stakeholders in identifying and selecting qualified Suppliers. The SPP has expanded in GA Supplier enrollment and in select situations, serves as a key determinant in both competitive and non-competitive procurement decisions.

The SPP is focused on increasing its impact at GA and supporting an organizational goal for excellent supply chain performance. The SPP will continue increasing its number of enrolled Suppliers, adding core performance metrics, and broadening its performance-related communications to GA’s Suppliers.
