Field Change Order (FCO) Request
While GA may offer select generic FCO Kit packages that can be installed across a variety of RMS systems as shown in the FCO Kit Catalog, FCO's are created on an individual basis to resolve site specific obsolescence challenges. Additional FCO Kits not listed in the catalog may be created upon request to address emergent obsolescence part challenges for your sites' needs. To request an FCO kit for your site, please fill out the form below, or contact rms.service@ga.com.
Field Change Orders for new equipment will require non-recurring engineering to address site documentation to be in line with changes to applicable RMS system, including but not limited to:
- Qualification Report Supplement, if safety related
- Technical Manual Supplement
- Block Diagram, Wiring Diagram, Customer Connection Diagram, Assembly Part Lists as needed, etc.
Once the FCO kit is installed, future spare part replacements can be ordered on an individual basis without purchase of the full FCO kit.
