Our Terminal Automation program is backed by experienced field technician's on-call 24/7 to shorten downtime and enable our customers to move product around the clock. Through the use of a high-speed connection, support technicians have remote access to systems, which allows the diagnosis and correction of problems in real time. This modern technology allows terminal personnel to oversee troubleshooting and learn.
Unlike other field technicians, who are often familiar only with their own software, GA's field technicians are well versed in load rack hardware, loading procedures and networks. This is why they're the best in the business.
GA's annual system support agreements include 24-hour telephone support and software updates to keep up with the latest industry requirements.
One of GA's key strengths is installing new systems with minimal disruption, while allowing terminals to remain in full operation. Before being shipped, every system is tested in-house by the same field technician who will be responsible for the professional on-site install.
TAP courses are offered as standard modules and are often tailored to customers' specific needs. Courses can be held at GA's San Diego facility or customers' sites. Topics are geared for all levels of personnel to achieve the most effective use of GA's products and services.

Returns will not be accepted without a RMA#. Our Return Instructions Form provides more information as well as a RMA form to use with your return.
