Vacuum Windows

General Atomics produces vacuum windows in corrugated waveguide sealed with one or two Helicoflex® metal seals.
110 GHz vacuum window in corrugated 31.8 mm waveguide for short pulse operation. This window uses a fused silica disk with very low absorption. It is also equipped with a fiber optic arc detector.
