Small Business Program
GA's policy is to encourage, to the maximum extent possible, the participation of small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned businesses, in its procurements. To facilitate this participation, GA has assigned Mr. Andres Lara as the Small Business Liaison Officer and Mr.Tin Hla as the Small Business Compliance Administrator (858)455-2519.
