Gulftronic® Separator Systems

The Gulftronic® Separator System is a continuous operation, electrostatic, on-stream separation system currently in use by most major oil companies. Since their initial introduction in 1979, over 30 systems have been installed at petroleum refineries worldwide.

The separator uses an electrostatic process to polarize and capture catalyst fines that resist filtration and removal by conventional means. The Separator's automated operation eliminates the need for settling tanks, slurry oil recycling, and sludge formation in storage tanks by removing catalyst fines down to 1 micron and smaller.

The rugged, third-generation design of the Gulftronic Separator provides custom-designed, pre-assembled modules that are ready to produce a superior low-ash feedstock with minimal operator exposure to hazardous material, low operating costs, and a full complement of pre- and post-installation customer support services.
