Three-way waveguide switches are available for high-power corrugated waveguides with either linear or rotary actuators. These actuators move a mirror into place for diverting power to the perpendicular port.
100-180 GHz waveguide switch in vacuum-tight 63.5 mm waveguide with a linear pneumatic actuator and metal vacuum seals. Switch has provision for water cooling the mirror for continuous high-power operation. Similar switches are available for 31.8 mm waveguide, with water cooling of the body only.
80-170 GHz switch in 88.9 mm waveguide operated at atmospheric pressure with a rotary pneumatic actuator. Switch has provision for water cooling the body.
