GA-EMS fabricates its innovative SiGA^® silicon-carbide composite in custom geometries with tailored performance to meet customer requirements.

High Neutron Reflector Materials
Advanced, high-performance fast reactors will strongly benefit from reflector materials that tolerate high temperatures and high neutron fluence. GA-EMS is developing Zr3Si2 to improve the neutron economy and reduce power peaking factors for these reactors.
